I am a wildly passionate theatre artist and advocate, with a unique array of experience as a director, producer, casting director, talent representative, educator, consultant and arts administrator
About My Work
My core motivation as a director and an educator, is to create spaces where artists feel safe to show up as their most authentic selves in order to bring out the best in their work. I bring a human approach to my work, embracing each individual’s distinct talents to produce at the highest quality. Every project I lead is a full collaboration with every artist involved.
My distinct skillset, candor and accountability has led to invitations from theatre professionals and educators from all facets of the industry to include my voice in conversations regarding casting, diversity, community engagement, professional development, and the industry as a whole.
I am unapologetically passionate, and I lead with heart, strength and joy.
